Our Staff is all certified in their fields and offer the best attention to Customer Service.

  • If you are feeling unwell or are presenting symptoms of an illness, please be courteous to others and reschedule your appointment promptly to avoid any subsequent spread to our staff and other customers. A fee will not be charged under these circumstances. Our staff reserves the right to refuse service to visibly unwell customers to preserve the health of themselves and other clientele.

  • We like to provide a tranquil environment for our clients, therefore, we kindly ask all clientele not to bring children into our spa.

  • We require 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. If sufficient time is not provided or a missed appointment with no notice occurs, a fee of your missed service amount is applicable.

  • To avoid theft, we occasionally lock the door if we are busy with clients and unable to be at the front desk. If the door is locked, please be patient and wait in your vehicle. We will only be a moment and will send you a notification when we're ready for you!

  • Please be respectful and patient towards our staff and other clientele.
